How does Foxwoods HighFlyer compare to other ziplines?
HighFlyer is the only zipline in Connecticut, New York, Boston, or anywhere else in North America that lets you fly from the top of a 32 story hotel tower. There’s no other experience like it!
What are your hours of operation at HighFlyer Zipline?
Summer hours (June – Aug.): 12 pm-8 pm everyday with extended hours on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 12 am midnight.
Spring/ Autumn hours (March – May & Oct – Nov.): 12 pm-6 pm everyday.
Winter hours (Nov. – March): Holiday and weekend hours TBAs. All hours weather permitting.
What is the age limit on Foxwoods HighFlyer?
No age limit, just a weight restriction.
What is the weight limit on Foxwoods HighFlyer?
65 – 300 lbs.
How strict are the weight restrictions?
Very. The limits are set for safety and insurance purposes and we cannot budge even a pound up or down.
Does an adult have to accompany a child under 18?
Not on the actual zipline ride, however a waiver must be completed by the parent/guardian for any child under 18. No child under age 16 will be allowed to ride the shuttle unescorted.
How many ziplines are there at Foxwoods HighFlyer?
4 lines, on 1 long zipline run.
I have a party of 4. Can we all go at once?
You all can be set up as a group, but you will not launch all at the same time. Lines 1 & 3 and 2 & 4 will be released.
How long is the process?
Give yourself 45 minutes, to an hour. If you have scheduled a flight online, then give yourself 15 minutes to weigh-in and get your flight pass. Next you’ll meet at Base Camp at your scheduled flight time. You’ll be escorted to the Flight School to get your safety class and gear, and be escorted to the roof to FLY! The shuttle from the landing pad back to the casino takes place every 15 minutes.
What time should I arrive for my flight?
If you’ve scheduled a flight online, then arrive at the flight pass counter, in Fox Tower garage rotunda, for the weigh-in, and to receive your flight pass, 15 minutes before your scheduled flight time.
What should I wear?
As long as your body parts that are touching the harness are covered, whatever you feel comfortable to sit in. IE: no swimsuits, or shirtless zipliners. Strapless, flip-flop shoes, and anything in your pockets that can fall off, or out, will be placed in the “flybag,” and fly with you. No high-heals are allowed. Eyeglass straps must be worn to secure any eyewear worn. We sell these if you don’t have one!
Can I fall out of my harness?
No, as long as you follow safety procedures and instructions. The harness is connected at 2 points. You cannot go upside down or rotate, in anyway.
Do I have to hang on the whole time?
You are required to hold on with both hands during the ride. You are not required to stop yourself or do anything but sit and enjoy the flight!
Can I bring a camera/selfie-stick/phone on the zipline?
No. There are photos available for purchase. Any item that is a potential hazard for patrons below will be placed in a “flybag” and fly with you. IE: keys, cell phone, glasses without a strap to secure, wallets, etc. If you have a hands-free camera like a GoPro, you are good to wear your recording device.
Do I have to climb stairs?
Yes. There are approximately 50 stairs you will have to climb to get to the take off platform.
Can I go tandem/with someone?
No, the harness is only designed for one person. This is for the safety of the guests and the crew.
What if I have friends or family that want to watch me, but don't want to zipline with me?
The viewing shuttle will take guests to the landing pad at the museum every 15 minutes. When you head to Base Camp to start your flight, your family can head to the shuttle. Then you all can come back together.
Can I complete my waiver in advance?
You can complete the waiver before arriving to the ticket counter, to save time. Be advised ALL waivers must be completed, signed and dated on the day of your flight. If you complete the waiver on the wrong day (too early), you will be asked to sign a new one when arriving to the ticket counter.
Do you sell souvenir photos?
Yes, you have two opportunities to purchase photos: onsite, or you can purchase them afterward by visiting our website.
What if there is bad weather?
If you are unable to participate due to bad weather, then a voucher to return in the future will be supplied via email. You can easily reschedule online.
What's the cancellation policy?
No refunds will be given for cancellations within 24 hours, or if you do not show up for your zipline flight. If we can accommodate a reschedule for you, we will do so, but no guarantees. If you are “terror-stricken” at the launch point, and decide to back-out of the zipline flight, then no refund is given.
How do I get back to the casino?
A shuttle runs every 15 minutes back to the Foxwoods Tower.
Can you hold my personal belongings while I zipline?
No, HighFlyer cannot hold on the personal belongings.

How do I redeem my Mashantucket Pequot Museum ticket?
